Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of NoThinkTravel, including our mobile apps, website, backend services, maps, route planning, place discovery, AI-generated travel context, account features, and subscriptions.

By using NoThinkTravel, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use another person's account without permission.

You may delete your account in the app or at /delete-account. Account deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Paid features may be offered through Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Google Play or Apple account settings before renewal.

Billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal management are handled by the applicable store. NoThinkTravel does not receive your full payment card details.

Premium access may require server-side purchase validation. If validation is unavailable or a purchase is invalid, premium features may be delayed, limited, or revoked.

4. Location, Maps, and Route Guidance

NoThinkTravel uses location, map, route, public data, and third-party information to suggest places and routes. This information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unavailable, or affected by local conditions.

You are responsible for your own safety and for obeying local laws, road rules, access restrictions, opening hours, closures, weather warnings, and transport conditions. Do not rely on the Service for emergency, safety-critical, medical, legal, or navigation decisions.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service may generate summaries, stories, route context, or place descriptions using AI systems and public place data. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be treated as informational only.

You must not use the Service to generate or request illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or unsafe content. We may limit or refuse requests that appear to violate applicable law, store policies, API policies, or these Terms.

6. Third-Party Data and Attribution

The Service uses public and third-party data sources, including OpenStreetMap, Wikidata, Geograph, routing engines, geocoders, map styles, and imagery providers. Attribution and license notices are shown in the app or documentation where required.

You must not remove attribution, misuse third-party data, scrape the Service, overload public APIs, or use outputs in a way that violates third-party licenses.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not interfere with the Service, bypass rate limits, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private APIs, upload malware, abuse accounts, or use the Service for unlawful or harmful activities.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates security, legal, policy, operational, or abuse risk.

8. Intellectual Property

NoThinkTravel and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

You retain rights to information you provide, but you grant us the rights needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoThinkTravel is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date above and may notify you through the app, website, or email.
